After every new Kultur text I feel like visiting Germany less and less. From the way that people seem to not care if they bump into you on the streets to the way awkward way people flirt. One of my biggest pet peeves is when people shoulder check you in a crowd and make no attempt to apologize or acknowledge the fact that they even touched you.

Similarly, I can't stand when people are really awkward at flirting. It's even painful to watch. If someone was staring at me across a bar just waiting for me to make the first move there is no way anything will ever come of our relationship.

The Klofrau article seemed normal to me. I have seen those ladies before even in America. It did surprise me to know that how much money they make however! And especially for just sitting there and offering people towels. However I feel like this is the most pointless job ever. Nobody really needs someone to offer them a paper towel after they use the bathroom and nobody should be paid to simply sit in a bathroom all day
