Heute, habe ich "Sonnen Allee" gesehen. Es war gut.
The movie was somewhat unique in the fact that it was a comedy about a time, and a place, you wouldn't expect. The movie takes place while the Berlin wall is still up, and it follows the lives of several kids (and their families) during this time. The people that the story follows all live near one of the few places people could cross over from east Berlin to west Berlin, so naturally, there was plenty going on. In addition to that, these people actually lived on the east side of the wall, giving us a general idea (that may not be 100% accurate, as this is a comedy) about what life was like living in the east side of Berlin during the time that the city was split. Overall, I would give this movie about 4/5 stars (mostly because I found it really funny)
